Salmon's Meat Products has been providing incredibly delicious meat products throughout Northeastern Wisconsin for nearly 100 years . Salmon Meat Products Inc, currently owned by Glenn and Gary Salmon, dates back to the early 1900's. George Kohlbeck started Kolbeck Meat Market in South Luxemburg. George's grandson Leo Salmon worked for George and decided to form a new company with cousin Don Barhiaux named Highway 29 Sausage Co. In the mid 1960's Leo started Salmon's Meats in Luxemburg. Sons Gary and Glenn joined the firm in 1975. Salmon's specializes in smoked and fresh sausage for wholesale and retail sales. Two of their more notable customers were, Packer Coach Vince Lombardi and Marquette Basketball Coach Al McGuire.
Our Retail store hours at Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Sunday: Closed.
